Joe recently joined Nooren Realtors. He acquired his Real Estate License in 2001 and worked with REMAX Home Group before pursuing other business interests. Joe specializes in residential and commercial properties.
Joe is a life long resident of the Cedar Valley and graduated with a B.S. in finance at UNI. He has been a business owner for over 15 years prior to getting his Real Estate License. He is a member of the Waterloo Cedar Falls Board of Realtors and a Commissioner on the Waterloo Leisure Services Board. Joe is a past Chairman of the Waterloo Convention and Visitors Bureau, Waterloo Chamber Board member, and was elected for 3 terms to the Waterloo City Counsel.
